The quenching salt tank is made of a corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate by bending and welding to form a square and circular trough body. The quenching salt liquid is heated by an electric heating tube, and the quenching medium is continuously tumbling continuously up and down and left and right through a stirring system, and the temperature of the quenching medium is uniform and flowing. The workpiece has small deformation and uniform quenching hardness. Optional circulating cooling system, through the heat exchanger to cool the brine by air cooling or water cooling, through the automatic temperature control system, the cooling circulation system with automatic constant temperature control system to make the quenching salt temperature constant in the process quenching temperature. For heavier workpieces, the hydraulic lifting system can be added to reduce labor intensity and improve quenching efficiency.
